Very nice hotel, suites were very large. There was a safe in the room and there was even a cooking station with refrigerator present. Overall the staff were kind. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choises. Hotel is close to the camping Ecktannen, about a ten minute walk, where you can go to the beach for free.

Hotel offers a very nice setting with good room with view on the lake. The rooms are clean and well organised. Dinner and breakfast are good. And the owners are very friendly and trying to help to make your stay memorable.

The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The mattresses were great. Very courteous service and a menu that left nothing to be desired. The proximity to the national park and of course to the Müritz is great for experiencing nature. The hotel is currently being renovated. The restaurant is open. We hope to be able to be guests again soon

The hotel is quietly located in the forest a little outside. The rooms are very clean, a little outdated but tidy. The restaurant deserves 5 stars and is probably the best in Waren. It is also open all year round. There are very nice conference rooms with well-equipped technology. The renovation of the rooms is currently beginning. We were very satisfied.

Very nice and friendly staff. Suite wasn't comfortably furnished for me, it was getting old. The shower in the suite could use a new shower head. Breakfast buffet was good, but wasn't refilled, a lot of the plates were empty. I wouldn't give this hotel 4 stars. The Moritz restaurant is recommended.

From the service to the quality of the food to the location, everything was great. The staff is extremely child-friendly and helpful. The kitchen knows its craft and the price-performance ratio is great. We'd love to come back
